If I could condense my blog into my top healthy recommendations then this list is it! Although I do recommend a balanced lifestyle and diet, I truly recommend my list below for super health boosters. This list is something I’ve personally researched and truly love. These views are not medical opinions and you should seek professional advice when it comes to your own personal health. I can’t wait to share my favorite things that have improved my life and will improve yours too ♥️
1. Sea Moss
I take Sea Moss capsules every single morning, but you can also take sea moss as a gel in your smoothie! Sea Moss contains 92 out of the 102 minerals that our bodies need on a daily basis. The benefits of sea moss according to The Chicago Tribune, also include an improved gut, an improved immune system, vibrant skin, and hair as well as expelling mucus from your body. Although there is some good mucus in our body, there is also excessive mucus that needs to be detoxed in order for our immune system to go in turbo-boost and heal itself. I highly recommend sea moss capsules, sea moss gummy bears, or actually just buying harvested sea moss and making a smoothie!
2. AHCC or Mushroom Mix
Mushrooms are such a natural source for anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. AHCC itself stands for Active Hexose Correlated Compound. During these C-19 times, I highly recommend prevention as the key to any kind of virus or flu. According to Very Well Health, AHCC also protects against cancer and reduces the effects of chemotherapy. I take AHCC in the form of AHCC Capsules.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar
Our body’s PH levels are usually best when it is more alkaline than acidic. According to Bundaberg Healthfoods, Apple Cider Vinegar has immense benefits. Unlike many kinds of vinegar, ACV has alkalizing effects which are due to how the chemical compounds are broken down. Many viruses and bacteria cannot live in an Alkaline Environment! I recommend taking a spoonful with warm water every morning. The Bragg with the “Mother” apple cider vinegar is the only one I trust.
4. Oregano Oil Drops
Oregano drops also have such POWERFUL effects when it comes to anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. In fact, many people claim to keep the doctor’s way just by taking these drops daily. I take around 5-8 drops of the extra strength oregano drops and it is a KICK. It’s honestly something you will need to get used to but will stick with because of the out-of-this-world health-boosting benefits. This organic oil of wild oregano is the only brand I take.
5. Turmeric
Turmeric provides a tremendous amount of anti-inflammatory benefits to the body. According to Healthline, “Studies have shown that it can contribute to the death of cancerous cells and reduce angiogenesis (growth of new blood vessels in tumors) and metastasis”. There is so much evidence that turmeric can improve your immune system and body function. I take both turmeric curcumin pills and I like to blend fresh turmeric root in smoothies!
